The staff were all extremely helpful in every department. Bed is amazing. Same food for breakfast buffet each day. Found a roach on my hand towel.

At check-in they talked me into upgrading the room. Got a one bedroom room on 29th floor. Just spent over two weeks in the province and wanted to spend three days in a nice hotel, AC, hotwater etc. Well go the AC, upon taking a shower the water turns cold after one minute. Sink and kitchen water hot. Called desk they sent man up. He did his work, we went out. Next day tried to take shower, hot for 1 min then cold. Long story short, on the 3 and last day they sent different man, he fixed problem. Finally cold take hot shower. Wife called desk to ask if they would do anything for our 3 days of inconvenience. They told her they would give us free snacks to take to Airport!!! What? I went to front desk asked for Mgt they said not there. I said wanted at least no charge for upgrade. Hours later they agreed. The breakfast buffet was not good any of the three days. Over half the food was cold, not worth the extra cost for included breakfast in room charge. The roof bar had great view but the piped in music was extremely loud, made it very hard to eat or drink. Told staff they really needed to turn down a notch or really 2 or 3 notches. Oh yeah on day one and two i did go down to sauna and take hot showers there. Beside the water not being hot the room was large and excellent. The kitchen had everything including a washer/dryer combo which was cool. I will try a different hotel in 6 months when we go back.

In the busy area of Makati and Burgos areas that have a lot of nightlife and new restaurants opening up now after covid. The hotel has a spa and pool along with roof top bar that are all pretty nice for the area. This a very reasonable, clean, upscale local hotel as opposed to the larger corporate hotels that are much more expensive. I have stayed here often and it's very consistent.

It has all of the amenities and a beautiful rooftop bar. You are in downtown Makati so you are in the hub of everything. It's a very busy area with tons of traffic. But on the plus side, you're close to poblacion which has a lot of amazing restaurants and bars.
