"Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again everytime we come and visit manila (makati area).. this is definitely one of the best fairmont hotel experience ever!"

"This review is for an extra night I stayed at Y2, I booked a smaller room so that I had a place to relax for 8 hours before heading to the airport and they allowed me to stay in my bigger room for no extra cost and was even able to have it between the checkout and checkin time.
