"This is June the very best value for the money hotels in heart of Makati. Walkable to Greenbelt and all around immediate area. Great restos nearby a block away. Good gym and pool for travelers. Seem to have upgraded beds as ours had a pillow top or topper. BIG rooms and nice place. Staff is excellent. Our go to most times in Makati. "

"I was treated like a celebrity! Elijah was newly promoted from bell desk to clerk and I was his first-ever check-in. He remembered me from previous stays and offered me a wonderful upgrade room. Erika was my 22nd floor housekeeper extraordinaire: she made sure I was stocked with extra towels, toiletries, and water AND made a masterful towel animal design which she left on my bed every day. I ended up with a wonderful menagerie of swans, elephant, scorpion, monkey, hearts-all done with towels. Aina the team lead also remembered me and was a delight. Liam the bellman, Patrick and Trish at the front desk were great also. Also Darius and Dee. Jun, the Spice restaurant manager made sure they were stocked with Coca Cola for me. Hotel security and all the staff greeted me by name! And didn't need prompting by looking up my name on the computer. The BEST personalized customer service. Heads and shoulders above branded international hotels for service. I highly recommend the GRAND!"
"Love everything about this hotel. I booked 5-6 rooms here to for friends and family.
I think the room I got (1-BR with residential club access) needed a little upgrade but the rooms that my family got were renovated. "
"Easy to book. Easy to contact. Great for shopping. Never stayed so high in the air. Great view of city skyline. Thanks for accommodating us so well. "
