"The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money."

"Location of this hotel is very convenient. It’s close to restaurants and subway stations. While it’s near Kabukicho, it’s on the more residential and business side. Very quiet. We have 3 kids with us and we felt safe here, nothing concerning. Rooms are small but clean and functional. "

"It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"
