Very nice, welcoming hotel in the heart of Shinjuku ! Plus: - Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. - Big room. Kettle, microwave and safe in room. - Separate bathtub and shower. - Lawson's and 7-11 convenience stores right beside hotel. - Coffee machine in lobby. Minus: - Area around hotel is very busy with lots of unsavoury men trying to entice you to adult venues, but these are easily ignored.

The nicest most friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, couldn’t do enough for you & always smiling. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the train stations & the shopping area in Shinjuku & the Golden Gai area with all the bars is right next to the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location, highly recommended

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times so they must good. It is 10 mins walk from Shinjuku stn east exit. The rooms are slightly larger than some other similar priced japan hotels. There is space to open cases and store clothes. Good breakfast buffet.
