This property was quite literally in the middle of the action around Kabukicho. We loved how convenient it was to step right outside the doors to multiple dining and nightlife options. There are a couple of 24-hour ramen eateries around the hotel plus a Don Quijote (similar to Walmart fo Japan) within a 10 minute walk. We were able to also walk to Golden Gai within 10 minutes, where there are lots of small bars to drink the night away. The Shinjuku Station is about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, so pretty convenient in my opinion.
The downside for us was an advertisement board that had music playing right across the street from the hotel. We heard the same tune played over and over again throughout the night every single night. The rooms are quite small but very efficient in the use of space. I did see fingernail clippings on the floor that I know did not come from me or my husband. But everything else was very clean and comfortable. This hotel also has only one elevato that services the entire hotel but we never had to wait for too long to get to our room or the lobby. It also seems as though there is wifi per room as opposed to a section of the hotel so we never had trouble accessing the internet.
Room is small but has everything you need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, Security is good. Location is absolutely unbeatable, it’s close to everything and a very short walk to subway. If you like nightlife you will love love love this location. Hundreds of restaurants, takeouts, bars, stores for every budget, street food, arcades and you will never be bored for even one minute. I love the energy of the neighborhood and the non stop excitement. This is not a hideaway, it’s in the center of everything. Tokyo is amazing and we did great with zero Japanese language. We learned to say hello and please and thank you and that was all we needed. I’d recommend this property for people who like to be out and about because the room size was small. That being said, I’d rebook this hotel for my next visit without hesitation. The Indian restaurant on the first floor is excellent with really inexpensive prices, high quality and large portions.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very good hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. Small rooms, but we’re very clean and include all the basic amenities.
Best Location. Clean and comfort bed. Easy to excess everywhere and around 500 mtrs far from main shinjuku station. All nightlife around , many bars and restaurants open 24 hours. Little noisy area but overall good location. Room little cozy but everything inside available.
I’ll get my one negative out of the way first: incredibly small rooms but works for 1-2 people staying in them
Positives: Overall the building and rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and even knew/understood English well.
They do provide excellent amenities and we never even had to ask for more towels or anything cause they always brought fresh ones every morning.
This is also in an excellent location to be able to explore the Shinjuku area. Thank you for a great stay!
