"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. "Loved our stay here! 2-in-1 Washer/Dryer was really convenient! The room was very spacious and clean! Right near so many restaurants, bars, shopping, and public transportation. The only complaint was there wasn't specific parking, but luckily there's a parking lot 1 street behind the hotel.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would stay again!"
