We had a room at the club floor. The room and toilet are spacious for Tokyo standard. There is even a bath tub! The toiletries were from L’Occitaine. The only thing missing was a smart TV. We can’t watch our favourite Netflix show. This hotel is within 15-20min walking from Shinjuku station, nearer to walk from Nishi-Shinjuku station.

Location is the primary reason I choose this hotel. However, the property and facilities aged gradually despite maintenance, especially the bathroom. Service-wise, the manpower shortage resulted in things like, no one answering the phone when I called the bell captain, no room dining after 21:30, no overseas package sending...etc
