Excellent location, very close to the heart of shopping and nightlife district. Easy to commute to and from hotel via subway / train network. Clean room and courteous staff. They have amenities (i.e. tea, coffee, creams, toothbrush, shaving kit, towels, creamer, etc.) stacked in lobby which you can take as needed. The only downside is that rooms are small, no closets or space to keep luggage, but believe it is a norm in hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel in convenient location, room and bathroom size of shoe box, very claustophobic, but clean. The room was overheating without possibility to lower temperatures, that was awful. Breakfast Japanese style, well prepared. Close to train and metro station but enough distance from noise in Shinjuku night clubs.

This was my first stay in my japan trip and I'm glad it was here. It was nearby to subway lines, a walk away from some nightlife, and has 2 konbini next to it. The place was clean and quiet.
