"We stayed in a 4th floor and it was a pleasant stay. The building is tucked away in a neighbourhood but close enough to convience stores (7-11, Family Mart) if you need something quickly. Our unit was very clean and the onsite laundry within the unit was a nice touch. My only drawback is there is not elevator so carrying large luggage up the stairs can be challenging for some. Overall I would stay again."

You can catch the train to anywhere in just 30-45 minutes but on day of travel you have options for late check out, storage of large luggage AFTER you check out for hours, and plenty to eat/shop in the Garden area or Terminal 3.
