Staff was amazing. We enjoyed our room. It was actually really quiet. We were just outside the night life of kabuchiko. We barely heard the streets and the hallways. Never really had to wait to use the laundry which was nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast crew was amazing, even at the busiest of times. The room was much smaller than I expected, this room would be good for one person with minimal luggage. It was extremely tight for 2 people and 2 bags. The area surrounding the hotel is full of lots of nightlife. It is a good location fairly close to Shinjuku station.

This property is close walking distance to lots of stores and shops.! Shibuya is like 20 min away and close remote access. You have market stores close. The staff are friendly and customer service is great. You can pay for breakfast Buffett which is good but if your staying longer the downside is it’s the same food daily. Also it’s located around lots of clubs but no noise and calm. We didn’t have any issues
