All good expect the bed and pillows…

Hotel breakfast was better den i was expected.. Location was good and hotel vibe was all good.. And there was a linked familymart right beside the hotel :) But the only thing that bugs us was the bed and pillows.... There was only 2pillows provided for a double bed and the bed was rather hard.. Pillows wasnt fluffy and they have beans on the other side which makes it hard to lie on too.. Would be better if they can change the pillow or provide 4 instead..…Hotel breakfast was better den i was expected.. Location was good and hotel vibe was all good.. Very good location abt 5min walk from Otaru Station, near to Otaru Canal, bus to Tenguyama and Sakaimachi, basically near to everything.Breakfast is good and value for money, staff is courteous and helpful.…
