"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"We had a Lakeview room with a balcony which was very nice you could watch the fireworks right from your balcony if you wanted to. Good size room with everything that you needed. Easy walk along the boardwalk to various restaurants and 7 elevens. Would stay again if in the area."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room has a private onsen with a view of Lake Toya. It has a traditional Japanese aesthetic with all the modern elements. The property itself is not located in the Toyako Onsen area but they offer free shuttle service (about 5-min drive).
