"The half board Japanese meals were one of the best we have had. The onsen was fabulous, especially the outdoor part. Though I should have been mindful that the one called O was opened to public during certain hours. It was a bit crowded during those times. All in all, a lovely stay !"

"建物の外観は古く感じられますが、内装はリフォームされており清潔でした。外国のコンドミニアムのように生活に必要なものは全て揃っており、不便は感じませんでした。 私が宿泊した部屋は南側と東側にも窓があり、遮光カーテンを開けると早朝から眩しいほどの日射がありました。今回の滞在で13泊した最後の方には、これまでの人生で朝日をいっぱいに浴びて生活した経験はなく、北海道の雄大さを感じられる贅沢な時間が名残惜しいくらいでした。 JR千歳駅に徒歩３分程度の距離であるため、あらゆるニーズで利用できる宿泊施設だと思います。"

"今回、エスコンフィールドに試合を見に行くために利用させていただきました。 新千歳空港からも近く、北広島駅にもアクセスがよく大変助かりました。　　 お部屋もとても綺麗でキッチン用品や洗濯機もあり、長期滞在にも良さそうです。 なにより部屋の小物等にもこだわっているようで、オシャレでした。 チェックインのメールがこちらの端末の不具合でうまく届きませんでしたが、すぐご対応してくださりありがとうございました。 また北海道に遊びに来た時はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。"

"ログハウスは本当に素敵で快適に過ごせました。 家族6人でも広々で備品類も充実しておりました。 ただお風呂が古かったので、少しだけ残念でした。 また、山奥なので携帯が圏外でした。 Wi-Fiもありますが遅く、少々不便でした。 宿泊料を考えれば大変満足できる施設でした！"
