직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감안 하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다

Lovely quiet spot away from the crowds in Yufuin, excellent food and fantastic service. The hotel is older but has been maintained. The rooms are simple but clean, large and comfortable. As all rooms in Japan there is limited places to put suitcases and unpack fully. Lobby and restaurant are beautiful ...

古民家でリフォームされてて 素敵な家でした 脱衣場のライトの傘にホコリが積もってて残念でした お皿など洗った時拭く物がなく困りました キッチンペーパーがあったら良かったです ベットの寝心地は良く ゆっくり過ごせました
