"This hotel is such a wonderful gem. Staff are super nice, rooms are very well-equipped, and the amenities are hands down the best. We booked a room with a private onsen which I highly highly recommend. It was so incredible after snowboarding all day and getting to relax in your own private onsen that has a view of the mountain. So beautiful. They have a locker room to store all your gear on the base floor that goes right out to the chairlift. So convenient. It's also in a great location, super close to restaurants and Ace Gondola. They gave us a bottle of champagne for our Anniversary which was so sweet. I guess other people say it seems old but I think it's super charming. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"Niseko great place for skiing ⛷️ whilst spring and not powder we enjoyed our stay with staff very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended as place to stay with location and access to the mountains ideal. Will be back for the powder and stay at the Chatrium. "

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back someday."
