"The resort was amazing I was here for 4 days, the staff was amazing they made you feel like you belong and your at home, the restaurants were amazing they go beyond what you would expect. The room I had was good only problem was the door lock to the bathroom was broken so I could not lock my bathroom door but other than that it was amazing. Next time I’m back in Cancun I will definitely book with dream again."

I really like how environmentally conscious MEX is, with their waterways, not to mention the complimentary dinner the night I checked in. The food was delicious. "Great experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and accommodated every request. Plenty of dining options and food was well prepared. Access to the other RIU properties was a bonus. Only downside was excessive amounts of seaweed in the ocean. This was obviously no one's fault but made the beach at the hotel unusable if you wanted to swim in the ocean. Really only a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and should we have the chance to travel to Cancun again this property would be at the top of our list."

"This resorts is fantastic. It has been recently renovated and the vibe is clean and modern. Staff is nice. Not overly friendly but also are very respectful and provide great service. Shows are good. Specially Wednesday night which is Mexican night. What I love the most is that we never had to rich to gain a chair by the pool or a table in any of the restaurants. The hotel is spacious and you never feel overwhelmed by other people. At least during this time of the year, June. Also be aware that the vibe tends to be chill so if you are looking for hard party style this is not your place. Bars are all well equipped and tasty drinks. Some things could be better. The main restaurant buffet style is uneventful. Food is just ok. They never varied their breakfast menu so it is pretty boring. The tv in our room kept turning itself on and kept us awake. There is no way how to turn it off. So far it is a very good place. We would go back! "
