The resort was amazing. Room, food, services, everything 10/10. Only downside with booking through expedia is you don't get the airport shuttle included, therefor you have to pay for that. If you book through the hotel, the shuttle is free to the airport.

The perfect winter getaway... clean, comfy, well appointed rooms... delicious food, no shortage of beach towels :)... and just simply the best staff. I wasn’t a fan of the sales pitch; it felt a bit questionable. I’ll skip it next time, because I truly do want there to be a next visit :)

Staff was the greatest across the whole resort! Max from El Bar de La Calle was the greatest ever bartender. All the restaurants were great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We could not be any happier with our stay and it really set the bar high for any other hotel to top our experience.

The pool area was great. Laid out well. Activities and things during the day. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious especially for an all inclusive. We had some incredible meals that compare to city restaurants!
