"Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream!
We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel not only organised wine and dessert on our arrival, but also offered a complimentary dinner at their fine dining restaurant, which we greatly enjoyed and appreciated.
The only significant detractors from the experience was vast amounts of seaweed, which created a horrible smell and made the beach inaccessible, and being approached immediately and repeatedly to visit a sister hotel for a sales presentation. Thankfully, the pools were super clean and we loved the swim-up bar. Overall, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend the hotel for a luxurious and pleasant stay!"
