"Our overall stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition. For meals, Rafael our buffet server was wonderful everyday and Abraham our dinner mixologist and his partner Santana kept the drinks coming and was entertaining and creative. The pools were good and the beach was fantastic minus the seaweed. We enjoyed just about every meal we tried but didn’t love the steakhouse. The food at the sports bar if it was deep fried it was really overcooked. My biggest complaint would be that the restaurants and sports bars seems to be under staffed at times as it could take a while between stages of the meal or waiting to order dessert or to get a drink. Everything else helped to overlook the few complaints we had and we would definitely go back."

"Hotel is clean and well maintained. The shows they provied for entertainment is one of the best ive seen. Their is plenty of food options( I recomend mexican night). The stage they have and entertainment they provide is wonderful. The staff is friendly, anyone who passes you greets you. If you get a room at the far right entrance you have to wait for the trans to take you, but be mindful that they say the trans starts service at 7 and they dont. Just in case you have to rush for a tour in the morning. I think they did not expect to have alot of tourist and they were under staffed. The waiters at the restaurants took along time to attend to us and never came back for more drinks. Overall its a good experiance ,"
