"Lovely property. Very nice rooms. Food is great. Staff we're helpful for the most part but some of them were not able to tell me where the cafeteria or other places were, Had reservations for the baja cuisine restaurant but it turned out it was being remodeled and we weren't notified at all, and found out on my own but by then it was too late to make reservations elsewhere. The hostesses at the mercado san juan buffet are not friendly at all. Did not like that we could not make same-day reservations for the workshops."

"Had a great time for what it was worth. The room was very nice. We Couldn’t swim in the ocean or take any pictures because of the seaweed. I Guess July isn’t a good time to travel, and there weren’t really many food options on the resort. We couldn’t get any reservations because all the restaurants were booked during our whole stay. So we only ate at the buffet and they served the same thing every night."
