"Five-Star Family Vacation Experience! Our family had the most amazing stay at this resort! The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the layout was perfect for traveling with kids. What We Loved: The Water Park & Pool: The kids' water park is incredible and kept them entertained for hours. The swim-up bar was a major highlight for the adults! The Food: The buffet offered excellent food with plenty of variety. Most of the reservation-only restaurants served outstanding meals (though we found the French restaurant to be just okay compared to how amazing the others were).The Entertainment: The nightly live shows and music were spectacular. They put on high-quality entertainment every single night that our whole family loved. Special Thanks to the Incredible Staff: The warm welcome we received from the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. We want to give a special shout-out to: Kids Club: Betty, Ale, Adri, Ruben, and Kinyi (the DJ)—thank you for keeping the kids so happy and engaged! "Loved the cleanliness of the property and the rooms. I didn’t like how I was unable to try out the restaurants and only had to eat at the buffets due to them being sold out every night of my trip. I wanted more options for food since I’m a big foodie!"

"Went as a group of 3 brothers. Enjoyed the entire stay. Beach/pool volleyball, drinks, excellent 24hr Cafe, French restaurant as well as others were also nice. Have visited multiple secrets properties, beach here may be the worst part of the stay if that is what you are after. Has the largest pool area out of the other secrets properties. For a beach vacation you would want to go to the akumal property or perhaps maroma. I would come back here simply for the entertainment activities as well as the nightly live performances at bamboo. The convenience of the 24hr food options makes the stay smooth."
