"We booked a room with 2 queens and they told me that my reservation was for two doubles. I had to get a second room and the same thing happen. We are not getting for what we paid for. "

"It was a very short stay, but was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach them by phone to get picked up at the airport, so I had to make other arrangements.
