"We just got back tonight! This was our second time staying at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya and it will not be our last! We truly love it there! The staff is so friendly! The entertainment team were friendly, fun and always full of energy! The drink service at the pool were excellent…always making sure you had something to drink! A big shout out to Adriana! She worked the pool cart and the pool bar! This lady has the best personality, funny as heck and is like the energizer bunny! Didn’t matter what day it was, she remembered what you drank! Love her! Different days of the week they had food carts going around the pool areas with nachos, street corn (so yummy) and popsicles! We enjoyed that! The buffets had good selections! Everything so fresh! The Italian restaurant was phenomenal! Best Chicken Alfredo I’ve ever had! We didn’t do the Krystal, Japanese or Mexican ones! We did do the steakhouse and it was ok! Steaks were over cooked! The only real negative thing was that our mini fridge wasn’t stocked 2 days in a row but Andre made sure it was after that! It’s worth the money! I highly recommend!!"

"Nice property it’s simple but the kitchen is a good addition and the pool is great. But this week I was here. The elevator did not work and I was on the third floor so it’s not too bad. The pool is on the fifth floor. But they should tell you that before you check in. "

"The room at Jungala was very spacious and quite well maintained. The decor was also nicer than the other hotels on the property. Pools were excellent and we loved the cabanas for free if you spend money on food. I would recommend booking dining at restaurants instead of eating at Salum all the time, we found the service at Salum to be hit and miss. "
