"It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous. However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we removed it purposely when leaving the room. When you pay that much for a resort of that caliber....you expect better cleaning service! 2) The other extremely annoying thing is that they called us at 8am for 2 mornings in a row! Once to ask us if we liked the room and the other to change our spa time. When you are on vacation and you are woken up so early ....it is not acceptable!"
Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and my husband and I (in our late 30s and early 40s) really enjoyed the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stylish. The Good: Service: 5/5! The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful. Having a WhatsApp chat available for anything we needed was a fantastic touch. Vibe: The pool was very lively with great music and activities throughout the day. Drinks: My favorite bar for a well-made drink was the one in the lobby. Dining Tip: Make all your dining reservations on your first day. This was a lifesaver for us, as we heard other guests complaining about wait times (though they may have been in larger groups). Things to Know/Improve: The Rooms: They are showing some wear and tear. Our shower leaked after every use, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet. Food & Pool Drinks: While the food was plentiful with a nice variety, the quality was fairly mediocre. Also, the drinks at the pool were far too sweet for my taste. Cabanas: Reserve your cabana ahead of time! If you wait until the day of, you will find them all taken. The Beach: The beach is not very swimmable; even the pool staff warned us to be careful if we tried to go in. However, Playa Chileno is an 8-minute drive away and is a great spot for snorkeling. Summary: Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back."

"The rooms are very comfortable and large with good views. The property is very clean. Staff is friendly, some information was not consistent though. Wish they would have had Corona or Modelo on Tap. Really liked the hospitality room, where you can shower on your last day after check out and we were able to enjoy the resort until the very last minute of our departure. Overall good resort with lots of food options."

"Lovely little hotel right in heart of downtown San Jose. Easy walk to the main square, shops, restaurants in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, simple. Would stay again! Staff was very welcoming too!"
