"Outside of one odd detail I liked everything about this hotel. The room was great. I didn't use the pool but it was inviting. There was a family there enjoying their time so I let them be haha. I use the gym very nice. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly filling. However, the one issue I had was that when I went to make the booking I had the option to choose or not choose the buffet. I chose to not get the buffet and go with the complimentary continental breakfast. However, I had booked the room for myself and for my mom. For some reason the booking only allows for one continental breakfast and there is no way to ask for a second one. Staff told me that this is an issue they've had before. I made Expedia aware of this and they satisfactorily resolved my issue. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location safety staff and overall great vibes"

"Moderate hotel. Beds are hard and no blankets. Only good part was room service. Won’t stay there again "

"Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was good. However, no airport shuttle. I emailed the address on their website, messaged them through Expedia and Whatsapp. No reply to anything. Kinda got ripped off paying $280 pesos plus tip for a taxi ride less than 2 miles. Noisy neighborhood."
