"We loved our stay at the Royal Haciendas! Having the all inclusive was definitely worth it, the food was great and drinks were delicious. We were so impressed with how clean everything was, not just our room but the property. Staff were continuously cleaning and doing projects to keep the resort lovely. The staff for the kids club were amazing, we participated in the face painting, pinata making, and pinata party- our daughters had a blast! I can't give enough praise to how nice the staff were, so many people were amazing. Oscar really stood out to us as we left our toddlers spoon at breakfast, he washed it and when he saw us later on the resort brought it to us. Oscar engaged with our kids and made them laugh, he was a delight to talk with. Hector, Josefina, and many others were also wonderful! I think the only thing I would say would be that the hot tub could be warmer and it would be nice if you could make reservations for Los Morales and Kinoko a few days in advance instead of the day of but other than that everything was amazing!"
