"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar. The staff was helpful and kind. Miguel assisted us with booking some wonderful excersions. When our flight was delayed for 3 days due to a blizzard at home, he was able to extend our stay, which was a huge relief. Javier and Alejandro were fabulous servers and we always felt welcome by all staff at the restaurant. The rooms were clean as well as the grounds very well kept.We also enjoyed the access to Nochi Cocum beach. I would definitely book there again. "

"Alright place to stay overnight for next day flight. Upkeep and maintenance is lacking. Light over sink was out couldn’t see in shower or mirror. Overpriced for what you get $70 US for breakfast buffet that was meh. Hotel staff were great but front desk wasn't very accommodating. Main pool was really disgusting, not clean at all, sludge piled up in one corner. Bar service at pool extremely slow. "

"We love this property. Close to everything downtown and very easy to get a taxi anywhere you want to go. Breakfast in the morning is amazing! Rooms are very spacious. Love the pool overlooking the water. Our only complaint is don’t get a room overlooking breakfast area if you don’t like noise. Walls are thin and the blanking of the dishes is a bit much. But the hotel was so nice to change rooms for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay. "
