"The room was always clean! Staff were always helpful and attentive. The shower was awesome. The outdoor spaces were so beautiful, the snorkeling amazing, other guests were fun to chat with. I loved having yoga available a few mornings and the breakfast never disappointed! So glad we booked Hotel B."

"The staff was amazing! Wenn D Miguel and Marguerito were the best! Miss them already! The rooms were clean although could use a little update which we were told near future. Fridge had to be slammed shut but those were minor details! Thank you all for a great, fun week! "

"Overall good hotel. Staff very professional. Bed was good, view spacious. Pool was good, bit small and limited seating, but good. Maybe the breakfast can be improved. The seating area was weird, as some tables are right in front of some rooms. Also, I didn't like not being able to plate my own food (so I get my own portions) and coffee. The staff tended to be chatty with each other rather than bringing drinks. Another suggestion is to have small tags of the food options,it eould be appreciated by the non-Mexican guests. But overall good stay, highly recommended and will stay again if even back in Cozumel."

"Everything was amazing! Juanita, who was the housekeeping staff was perfect, she was friendly, sweet and worked so hard! We were so thankful for her. We do not have enough kind words to say. The entire staff at the resort was absolutely amazing! Edgar and Quenan of the Funtastic team became such good friends! Teaching us Spanish, making brackets, trying to make us do Zumba and Volleyball! It was so much fun. Alfredo and Joy of the food and drink staff were incredible also. We will forever have our memories of these wonderful people and are so glad we spent our vacation with them! We will be coming back! "
