Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive

"Tengo que dejar en claro que el hotel es all Inclusive pero solo el desayuno tiene bufete, los restaurantes de la comida y la cena son a la carta 3 tiempos (entrada , plato fuerte y postre ) claro que puedes pedir los platos que quieras las veces que quieras , el snack bar tiene bocadillos desde hoy dog, alitas , hamburguesa y burritos con papas fritas todo el día. El hotel no tiene playa tal cual pero tiene acceso al mar a través de unas escaleras y el agua es súper cristalina nada de sargazo el personal del hotel es muy amable, el clima de la habítacion estaba ok en (17c o 68 f) no se podía bajar más , se mantenía fresco si cerraban las cortinas , en fin hay playas bellísimas cerca del hotel donde puedes ir caminando , otras a 8 min en carro como palancar. Si lo recomiendo 💪"

"We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Cozumel. It was our first time at the resort and all the amenities, staff, shows, food were wonderful. Our king size room was beautiful and just a couple steps to the pier and pool. The food was delicious, I did recall someone mentioning it was blah and no flavor and I couldn't disagree more. The spices were flavorful from the breakfast buffet to all the specialty restaurants. It was wonderful having everything there including their help with excursions. The staff were amazing. The shows were wonderful, our favorite was the fire show. I was at first apprehensive on their filter water, but they prove me wrong. I love how sustainable everything is. It's definitely a peaceful location and having nature all around was amazing. I highly suggest this resort!"

"Access to all pools is prohibited, we were told you had to pay extra, that is one reason we will not return to this hotel, apart from that I must say everything else was good, food was good, room and staff were exceptional."

"Great location near town and on the water. Clean, quiet rooms with great housekeeping. Pools were kept up nice. Walk through tunnel under the road makes traversing the main road to get to and from the water a breeze. This is a fairly dive-oriented location - dive shop was a huge help for information as well as getting equipment sorted. Concierge was very friendly and was a great help in booking some scooters for a day adventure around the island. A word of caution - if you are doing all-inclusive, don't expect crazy amount of drinks and food at each turn like you may be used to in Playa or Cancun. Service tended to be a bit slow and it seemed that drinks were given out sparingly. Food was OK - some days were better than others. Again, service tended to be slow - (which we were perfectly fine with) but others may be a bit frustrated with. What we had found is find the good service staff and make a connection with them and tip them well. They will go out of their way to help. Roger was a superstar in the pool area for us. All in all, a good place to stay. If you are looking for a place to do a dive-centric trip, this location is convenient and will work nicely!"
