"It was a great vacation!! The seaweed smell was so bad!!! Seemed like it was difficult for them to clean it up. But the resort was great other than that!! Would stay there again!!"

"If I could rate with zero I could. The manager Victor Lopez ( that’s what he said ) did not help at all with all the incidents that happened to us. How to start: it was my 30 birthday and we called many times before coming to the hotel to make sure that the rooms were next to each other (I was traveling with my son, mother and husband) . They promised it would be like this, during the check in time they said that only one room was ready (even if the check in time is at 15h) we were kind enough to say « no worries » we will be back later … surprise surprise they sent my mother 4 floors far from us . The receptionist didn’t want to tell us the truth during the check in time so she just decided to tell us to come back « later « . The tv remote didn’t work at all.. he called and they say they didn’t have another LOL … for the price we paid this hotel isn’t worth it. I recommend staying in another all inclusive and just paying the parks separately. Also… I wouldn’t describe the hotel as all inclusive .. they have many things that aren’t included . Also at night , (midnight) there was a huge noise in the room. We called the reception and they came 40 mins later . The technicien said it was the filter of the pool or sth like that since our room was close to the central . They turned it off like 30 mins later so we finally went to sleep ….. not to forget that we ordered room service and they confirmed our order by calling to the phone and 40 mins later they called to cancel ."

"Great resort to stay, I had Gabriella help me out with booking and setting up some extra amentities. Also Ariz and Yhara helped me every step of the way with some recommendations, service, and reservations at the resturants (which were all very good). Very great staff and everyone is so nice! Definitely recommend going here!!"

"Loved our stay here, the place is beautiful, lots of different food. The beach has lots of seaweed but the hotel had people cleaning it up. The beach was nice but it is very rocky, definitely recommend water shoes!"

"This is not the adults-only experience younger travelers might expect. The resort feels more geared toward seniors and has a very quiet, low-energy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a lively, child-free getaway, this may not be the right place for you. The food was also very disappointing. I’m not a picky eater, but the quality was far below what I would expect from a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed at 4-star resorts with much better food. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction in two buildings — one near the main lobby and amenities, and one close to our room. We were not informed in advance and paid full price. The daily noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. made it hard to relax. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and suggest looking at other options."

"We just returned from a weeklong trip to Xcaret Arte. What a beautiful resort! We had the basic Garden Suite and the room was gorgeous! The food was the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff at the resort is very friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay special. The free transportation and entrance to the various Xcaret parks was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this resort. I can’t wait to return!"
