My only complaint is they say all restaurants are first come first serve and there was a night- Christmas Dinner- we could not get into the restaurant we wanted to because we weren't on the "list'. Tell your guests they can get on the list as soon as the restaurant opens to ensure a table. Don't leave your guests guessing! "

"Staff was great! Great value. Not issue I had was with Expedia and the transportation. Use Uber do not pay for transportation through Expedia. They are refusing to give me a refund even though the company was not there to pick us up and would not answer the phone. The company is saying they will give me a refund, but Expedia is saying no. "
