I highly recommend this hotel. The suites were very roomy and clean, and the beds were wonderful. The team on site was super friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping, with easy access to major freeways and avenues. The only real downside was the parking (extremely tight). Overall a great choice!

Amazing quiet and fancy place to stay

Stay was AMAZING!!! We got a room upgrade for our second night and we got a penthouse with an exterior hot tub!!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pictures don’t depict how beautiful the apartment is. For sure we’ll be back soon 100% recommended.

What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment. What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment extremely spacious for kitchen, dining room, living area and bedroom area huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and there’s also a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the city. The service was definitely five star and they provide free breakfast on a daily as well. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff was amazing. This was not my first time there and each time I have stayed the staff has been extremely welcoming. Kitchen window leading to courtyard on 1st floor would not lock. Front desk was notified. Never received Expedia perks.

The reception person forgot to call me in the early hours of the morning my plane was leaving I barely made it to my flight thanks to this person. (Miguel?...I do not remember who was that morning maybe the manager can check! ) I called to complain, and he was not answering on purpose. Hotel was almost empty when I reached him finally, he was unapologetic and rude! If I pay for a service and a good hotel, I expect good service and not people with attitudes, especially people that I was polite to them trying to get back at you for unknow reasons!!

Me cobraron la limpieza de la loza y no me avisaron cuando llegué por la noche, fue cuando hice el checkout (no importa aquí si te hospedas como airb u hotel). Se sentía húmedo y encerrada la habitación del primer piso torre B. Es ruidoso se escuchan las pisadas del piso superior. Los marcos de los cuadros tenían polvo. La TV tenía un corto se iba y venía la imagen así que mejor la apagué. El teléfono de la habitación no tenía línea por lo que no pude comunicar los desperfectos. No había shampoo en las botellas de la regadera y el agua se salía del cancel dejando todo el piso encharcado. Fueron a tocarme la puerta a las 9:00 am para ver si necesitaba algo, obvio estaba ocupada y fue intrusivo.
