Great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. My only issue was the peeling paint on the tub because my kids love to take baths. Other than that it was great for a 4 day family trip! "

"We've stayed at Courtyard several times before, and it's consistently good. The first floor room wasn't quite as good. While I liked not having to lug bags upstairs, I disliked not having a balcony or patio, and the pillows were really bad. I dont remember pillows being an issue before. Also, the breakfast room is on the 4th floor, and since there's no elevator, we still had to go upstairs for that. That was fine for us, but worth noting.
