"The cottage I stayed in the first night is tastefully decorated,cozy, overlooking beautiful scenery.We were upgraded to the Webb house second night, we did not want to leave! Georgeous interior, hugh wood burning fireplace, floor to ceiling windows in living room."

"This was our first time to the Smokey mountains. Loved the hotel & the view!! Very clean & friendly staff! not walkable to downtown Gatlinburg but they do have a shuttle that comes by every 30-35 minutes. "

"The view of the river ... And we were so close. Pretty close to downtown area. Didn't like the noise tho. Semis running all night. Breakfast was not great."

"This is an older motel in Gatlinburg. However, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is located just up the street from Ripley's Believe it or Not which makes keeping your vehicle parked at the motel and walking downtown very accessible. The only downside I could even mention, is the mattress was of medium comfort. I've had worse and definitely had better. My friend thought hers was comfortable but even with that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is an older hotel in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean and updated. You can walk right out of your room to the strip to shop or dine. Upon arrival our refrigerator and microwave were not working. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful to get us to a room that was in working order. The breakfast was good and located on the top floor with a nice view. We would stay here again if visiting downtown Gatlinburg."
