"We arrived after 6:00pm and were told that our room was on the third floor and the elevator was out. They would give us a refund but how to find a room late was not on option. They finally located a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds so we took it. It did have a fire place but wood burning and no wood provided. It did have an indoor and outdoor pools but both were closed. We were creekside with a balcony and that was great. Room was clean but in need of updating (bathroom door torn up carpet needed to be cleaned, burned wood in fireplace)."

"Although the hotel is in a very convenient location, the property itself is extremely dated and could use some updating. The biggest positives are its proximity to plenty of dining options and activities, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, the location is definitely a plus, but the dated condition of the hotel took away from the overall experience."

"We LOVED this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and such a cool vibe. The overall property was gorgeous, and unique. We loved the putt putt, as well as the bonfire pit at night. My son also loved the arcade. This resort is very close to the Smoky mountains which was perfect. Our only complaint was the walls are very thin and we were able to hear our neighbors on both sides very clearly."
