"Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel had recently had a fire, so some things were down for repair, but didn't effect our stay. Hotel was within walking distance to the center of town, and there is a free shuttle bus that ran every 20-30 minutes that drops off right in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Located on the river and with a rustic flair in the rooms but yet contemporary enough to not be tacky. Well-appointed with a lot of pride in the history of Gatlinburg displayed throughout the building."

"Breakfast was delicious and our balcony was over looking the creek. Very relaxing! "

"Pool was closed and visually a eye sore because of leaves and old rain water( it should've been updated on app because I wouldn't have booked. I had mold in my room. Multiple stains on bedding. I tried to get some of my money back but staff came to my room to "fix" my issues. You can't "fix" mold and it was too late to book elsewhere. Worst experience EVER‼️"
