"The parking is terrible for larger vehicles. The AC in the room I stayed in was very loud. It was supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but there were multiple people smoking in their rooms, halls, and elevator and there was nothing done about it."

Lock on room door was broke. They came and fixed it.
Had to ask for the shampoo dispenser to be refilled. They did.
Pool was outdated, full of leaves. It was early in the season for the pool.

"No it wasn't set up for cooking in the room
There was a restaurant on site , i would not recommend eating there , it was a terrible experience. My granddaughter ordered chicken strips and fries , the chicken was dripping grease , she did not eat them. My salad i order it with little to no cheese it was loaded like they put extra, i didn't eat it. And nev a drink refill. But they were on the ball ab bring the check."
