The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again."

"This is an older hotel in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean and updated. You can walk right out of your room to the strip to shop or dine. Upon arrival our refrigerator and microwave were not working. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful to get us to a room that was in working order. The breakfast was good and located on the top floor with a nice view. We would stay here again if visiting downtown Gatlinburg."

"Hotel was fine at its price point. That said, there were some maintenance items that need attention, but the overall hotel rating would be satisfactory. Breakfast was much better than average. Area seemed safe and far enough away from downtown to minimize any noise issues."
