"This hotel is a 10 out of 10. It is clean, the rooms are well appointed, and the location is decent. The hotel is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Broadway. The hotel does not have an onsite parking lot but it does offer valet services. The well dressed room and clean sheets made for a great experience. "

"The hotel lobby area was beautiful! The staff was super and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The lady working breakfast was especially nice. The room appears to have been somewhat updated. Only negative was the bed and bedding seemed like they needed to be replaced or updated. Would stay again! "

There were a couple broken things, which i noted to the management company, but it in no way deterred from our visit or would keep us from booking again! We visited at the best time because Gatlinburg was absolutely empty. I'm so completely happy with our stay!"
