Gatlinburg Hotels with Hot Tubs

"I hate to be this guy but my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately made me question the overall standards of the property. On top of that, both of the pools were closed without any prior notice, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel in the first place. What made things worse was that the actual location did not match what was advertised online, making it inconvenient and misleading. If you’re planning to book, make sure you pay close attention to the “Village” location—they do not show pictures of this smaller property, which can lead to a huge surprises. Especially when taking your children on spring break. "

"Everything about this hotel is awesome the food at the Vista Grill was a 10/10, the coffee bar was awesome, and the views from our balcony were phenomenal!!"

"The hotel smelled terrible, there was a fire that closed some amenities that we were aware of before checking in. Our room was dirty and had several bugs in it. Our door didn’t close completely allowing sun light and smoke to fill our room. And the staff in the office were very rude and made it seem like everything was our fault when we tried to talk to them about our concerns."

"The room was big and clean. The only complaint was there wasn’t enough light. There were only 2 small lights for the big room. But it was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. It also had a mini fridge with a separate freezer section which was helpful in packing lunch."
