"This is an older hotel in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean and updated. You can walk right out of your room to the strip to shop or dine. Upon arrival our refrigerator and microwave were not working. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful to get us to a room that was in working order. The breakfast was good and located on the top floor with a nice view. We would stay here again if visiting downtown Gatlinburg."

"Great location very nice staff. Our room wasn’t quite clean enough and my bedside lamp was broken and the AC had a funny smell sometimes and the juice machine was broken but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature was good. The room was comfortable. We would stay here again but I would ask them to vacuum and fix the lamp next time."
