Great location off the main road- sidewalk to walk down to enjoy all the things downtown has to offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very clean (one of the cleanest hotels ive been to in years!), comfortable bed and lovely kitchentte- room was plenty big for just the two of us. The only con (and I mean only con) was the picture of the hotel was a bit deceiving- there are technically 2 locations to this property that are about 2 blocks apart, so we did not stay it the rooms that were shown in the photos online. We were looking forward to the pool and hottub but it was going to be a process to get to that part of the property- walk a couple blocks,take an elevator/ stairs which made it not worth it. Overall, great experience!

This property was perfect for my family get away! It was nice having 2 separate bed rooms and bathrooms, and having the living area and kitchen was great! We will be staying here again!

I must admit the price was right and the affordability and location are what attracted us at first. We needed to be able to walk to the convention center and were pleased to find something with a full kitchen that was a good price. We found amenities that are often missing in rented condos. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The jacuzzi tub and the washer / dryer were nice surprises. Our morning walks to the convention center took about 5 minutes. The afternoon walks (uphill after a long day!) took a little longer. We will definitely recommend Town Square to our friends and plan to return next April.

This is the 6th time staying at Gatlinburg Town Square. Great location and nice 2 BR condo size. It's been 5 years since we stayed here and we were honestly disappointed overall. We expected a 5 star stay and got a bit less. The beds were worn out....with a big dip in the middle. No excuse for that. The appliances were almost new, but previously they had really good ones and now they are low end. The nice fountains and waterfall was not working and looked like they had not been for years. The big waterfall is the signature of the property and you really miss this. We were assigned 101 overlooking the road. We asked to be in the back with the stream, but perhaps that's the luck of the draw. For us to stay here again, we have to be guaranteed comfortable beds.

The website showed pictures of the main resort across the road. It was huge and nice. The pictures were attractive. Apparently, they bought an abandoned hotel across the street and are renovating it. I drove away from the place I stayed initially because it looked empty and in disrepair. It seems a few units were renovated to make them habitable. I just wonder if I paid the same as the people who were in the main building.

Everything about this property was great. Room was clean and just like it was described. Close and walkable to everything you could dream of. Swimming pool/hot tub was across the street was the only negative I would have to say.
