"Overall, the resort is good. The staff is friendly, all areas are very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Here are some points my family noticed and hope the resort could improve: Pool: Pool was very very cold for the 6 days I was there. Even though the sun was shining. Few people were inside. They prefer beach rather than pool. Food: The buffet has a good variety of food; however, for my family, it feels like 3-star food when it comes to flavor. Restaurants: At the front desk, I asked if we needed to book in advance to eat at the restaurants, and the staff said no. On the first and second nights, I couldn’t eat where I wanted because the waiting list was too full. What?? We then started putting our names on the waiting list at 6 pm to be able to get a table around 7:30–8 pm — a lesson learned. Pool chairs and beach chairs: Be advised that if you don’t go around 6:30–7 am to take a spot, you won’t have a place to sit. People leave their belongings on chairs — marking their spots — and then go back to their rooms, go eat somewhere in the hotel, or do something else, and the chairs stay “reserved” for them all day. So be aware!"

"First time at adults only, there is a mix of vibes available depending on what area of the resort you're in. Mellow and relaxed surrounding the outdoor spa. And more active in the main pool/ bar area. Food was amazing everywhere and the staff and service were very quick. "
