The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at this hotel again too boring for me.

Great Staff, Great Experience. The amount of amenities and variety is great. With access to all areas of the resort, it is difficult to get bored. A couple of the a la cartes need improvement in the way they cook and season their food. All buffets were decent and the Tulum and Akumal buffets had a great selection of mexican food. The Sian Ka’an mexican selection was not as good and not as authentic, however, still very good . Rooms were very clean and staff were always upbeat, helpful and enjoyable. I can honestly say that there was not 1 bad nor mediocre staff member. Sargassum was not an issue, as there were enough pools and beaches that offset any small accumulations. Grounds were slightly neglected on the outskirts, and we could tell this was a cost cutting measure, but not something that detracted much from the experience. Smoking regulations need to be enforced better, especially in the jungle environment, where a bit of ash could cause a major fire. We are already looking at booking again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There are no elevators so you will have to climb stairs if not on first floor. Pools are on smaller size, you can take trolley to all other resorts to use amenities and restaurants.

Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!
