"The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The hallways leading to the rooms had an unpleasant smell, which was not very appealing. The lines at the restaurants were often long, and they closed earlier than expected. It would also be great if the resort offered room service, as this would make the overall experience much more convenient. Overall, the employees were excellent, but the facilities and some services could definitely be improved."

"The location was good, at the end of "hotel row", the food was amazing at the on site restaurant, the pool was nice and the room was spacious. The internet left something to be desired at times and the AC units struggled to keep up with the heat in the room, but overall it was a good stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times."

"First time in Cancun, normally we stay in Cabo. If you have never stayed at an all inclusive i guess you might like this. The food disgusting, undercooked/overcooked you name it. Ordered a medium rare steak, got it well done, sent it back and it came back yellowish and the potatoes tasted like they were made out of the box Construction everywhere. No hot water for 2 days, constant construction going on all hours.. they started at 7:30 AM. I nicely asked 3 times if they could not pound on our walls ALL day long. I was told no construction. I have video of the "no Construction" I went to front desk repeatedly Axel and Miriam and whoever else was allegedly in charge just shrugged their shoulders. Could care less and zero empathy. I absolutely understand things need to be remodeled but can we not start at 7;30. Literally worst all inclusive I have ever stayed at, dirty, outside tub had large crack so water was orange when you ran it. If you literally have no other choice still don't choose this place. We checked out on 3rd day and changed hotels. Like seriously we have been to Mexico 20 times this place was the worst BUT one positive FERNANDO at the pool totally awesome!"

"Amazing experience "

"Food was good for the most part, staff was friendly, bar good ( close at 1am ) nice views of the ocean from out room. The main negative is the people constantly trying to sell you stuff on the beach and even on the resorts by the resort’s staff to the point where we were avoiding specific route not to be bothered by these sellers constantly. Resorts could’ve add some animations to entertain a little more especially around 8-9pm when the sun’s down. Pool and pool’s bar close at 7pm which is kinda early imo. Overall the experience was okay but we won’t come back for a second time for sure. Old people might prefer this resort."

"Clean room : was great ocean front not super new but okay. Staff : some were great some weren’t so helpful. Kid friendly : absolutely ! Beach review : during may there was a a ton of sea weed may7-10 . But the balcony view was amazing ocean front . "
