"Housekeeping was polite. Room needed to be cleaned better. Buffet staff not great to deal with. Pool staff not happy to serve people not drinking. Seem to be an inconvenience to them. Website says access to 13 pools but only two realistically unless you have a swim up room. Restaurants were closed to often. Very inconvenient. More services need to be provided at the pool. Ice cream and more options other than tacos and burgers. Too pushy of staff for offering of massages."
