The pools were very well maintained and we loved that the surfaces around the pool did not burn our feet! There were lots of activities, lounges were plentiful with filtered shade. Drink service around the pool took way too long, going to the bar yourself is always faster. Enjoyed the hydrotherapy thoroughly!

We had an absolutely amazing week! All of the staff were so helpful and genuinely kind. A huge shoutout to Danielle in the buffet and to the maintenance manager and staff, Roman Medina and Miquel Arcos. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Overall very good if you're looking for somewhere quiet and close to everything. Just 20 min drive from quinta avenida playa del carmen. A drive worth taking alot of night life. Cenotes are also very close by. 10/10
