"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"

"Everything about our stay at La Zebra was perfect! If you want a small hotel with every detail considered, where the staff are ALL amazing, kind, warm and so friendly then La Zebra is for you. A beautifully styled hotel, complete with every modern touch yet embracing Mexican art and culture, it is the kind of place where you can totally relax. The food and drinks were incredible, our particular favourite was the ceviche! The staff became more like old friends, nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed for 2 weeks and honestly wished we could have stayed longer! We would not hesitate to recommend this special place and cannot wait to return!!"

"Alaya was perfect, the hotel is beautiful and the staff make it even better. We spent 3 days in July 2026 and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. From the concierge guys to the guys at the restaurant they all provided a 10/10 service, not to mention they have THE BEST BREAKFAST. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back."
