"This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!"

"Breakfast was almost gone by 8:30 am and not replenished soon enough. Also breakfast was not served in the main breakfast room due to other function happening that first morning of stay. "

A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. "The staff was very kind helping us navigate the check in. The “king and twin” room was very spacious. There were local options for eating around as well as conscience stores. Great for our one night stay before our flight the next morning. "

We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if...
