"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"When I first arrived, I was in the dark on where to go and what to do to get the key since it was my first time staying at Sutera Avenue homestays.
