The staff is so friendly you think you knew them before! We were in very good hands , everyone were so nice and smiling. And the decoration of the hotel is fantastic (lots of wood and plants, curved lines, so relaxing... the staircase is stunning, the lobby has many chairs and sofa you can relax on). What was more frustrating was the time we had to wait for breakfast. Too many people (5-6) in the small area, not productive, too crowded to be efficient...
