This is a modern city type hotel beautifully decorated, with easy access to nearby restaurants, ideal for a short stay visiting Kotakinabalu .Ms Linda, front desk manager and her team at the reception were outstanding. This greatly professional staff , made our stay a memorable one. Will be back
Really like the location of the hotel, surrounded by so many restaurants, and it's also close to imago shopping mall, staffs are friendly, serves great breakfast, the supplements are great.
Very pleasant stay, comfortable bed, nice towels and amenities, friendly staff and very clean. Everything you look for in your city hotel for one or more nights. Thank you.
Very nice modern hotel in a reasonably good location. Walkable to Imago Mall and a few dining options nearby including one up the spiral stair case in lobby (unfortunately the staff didnt tell us about this, so we found it after dinner, but still enjoyed a cocktail and dessert there after we found it ourselves). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Only downside is the road noise as we were on the road side of hotel, which overlooks a major highway and the sound proofing is minimal.
I love the design of the property! The room, the amenities, the comfort and the reception. Great location with food and beverage right at the building. Near to Imago, one of the biggest mall in city. The room is really comfortable, layout and space is impeccable. The shower is huge and the tub is a great after a long day. The bed is firm and bigger than King (super king maybe?), I just love this place so much this is definitely my go-to hotel next time I visit KK.
Nice upscale hotel, very close to restaurants, shopping mall and convenient store.
Room was nice and big but all rooms are not the same sizes.
Breakfast was perfect, not too much food that people waste and enough different varieties to ensure you dont get bored with the same food, and no long waits to get your food.
Grab is easy to get to costing approx 30MYR from the airport.
Room was nice and clean and i couldnt have asked for anything better.
Gym is on the 3rd floor but its outside and is owned by someone else.
The elevators can take a day or two to get use to as breakfast is not available from all lifts.
The hotel staff are very good especially those on reception and the staff for breakfast, Roaush (i dont think i got his name right) new staff and only been there for 3 months and the hotel has trained him really well, just shows how much attention the hotel has put on achieving the best for its guest.
No problem recommend to friends and family.
