"Easily THE BEST experience in Kota Kinabalu. Not just the best hotel, the best experience. Exceptionally well managed. The staff here is amazing and when you've come a long long distance (California) that is so so appreciated. There are lower cost hotels, but there is no better value than this Hyatt in KK. After 34 hours of flying, to arrive and know that I will be 100% taken care of, is invaluable. I have stayed here now five trips to Borneo, and every time, everything is perfect.
