"Amazing for a short stay, lots of free amenities that you technically don't need to ever leave. A little difficult when it comes to traveling with luggage as the lockers are small, barely able to fit my travel backpack, and you constantly need to go back down to the first or second floor to pick something up from the lockers. A few nights of that and it becomes a little tedious. Other than that, the service and maintenance is top tier, it's always clean and you'll always see staff maintaining the areas."

"The hotel itself is situated in an excellent spot in Shinjuku. It is only a 10 minute walk to the station, but there are still tons of things to do in Shinjuku if you do not feel like going out too much. Rooms are very clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great. It also has excellent sound proofing. I could barely hear any sounds from rooms around us except maybe the occasional footsteps upstairs, but nothing that would wake you up. I am a light sleeper so this was great. The A/C is good and quiet. The rooms are tiny, so take that into consideration, but that is usual for a hotel in the city. The front desk staff were very helpful when my mother left her bag on the airport limousine bus. They were able to call the bus company and identify the bag for us. We were able to get it back the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
